Cathode Laboratories (often shortened to Cathode.) is a
Half Life & Portal inspired project of mine, it takes place in 1998 within an underground laboratory. 




Deep within the Utah Desert lies Cathode Laboratories, a scientific research complex spanning miles and miles.
For years they have been researching a theoretical material that could sustain infinite, clean energy pulled straight from the universe itself.
In 1998 they had finally found their gold-mine. The Prometheus Core, as they called it.
A giant reactor deep within the earth that was capable of taking the infinite enery of the universe and turning it into usuable, infinite, energy. 


Cathode Laboratories is also a ROLEPLAY server on Minecraft! where you can play as scientists, subjects, and go through day-to-day life  in the facility, or.. ya'know... go through a disaster...




QUICK GUIDE ON HOW TO JOIN!

1. MAKE  A MINECRAFT 1.8.8 INSTANCE
2. LAUNCH GAME
3. GO INTO RESOURCE PACKS
4. CLICK "OPEN RESOURCE PACKS FOLDER"
5. IN THE TOP BAR, CLICK YOUR MINECRAFT INSTANCE
6. CREATE A FOLDER NAMED "server-resource-packs" EXACTLY! YOU MAY NEED TO RELAUNCH GAME
7. GO INTO SERVERS AND ADD SERVER
8. PUT IN THE IP "cathodelaboratories.aternos.me" 
9. MAKE SURE TO ENABLE "SERVER RESOURCE PACKS" BEFORE JOINING!
10. HAVE FUN!
